《空中浩劫》（AirCrashInvestigation）是一個由加拿大的Cineflix公司所制作的紀錄片節(jié)目。此節(jié)目主要介紹1970年代黑盒子發(fā)明之后所發(fā)生的近代重大航空事故。在第三季時，有三集穿插鐵道事故及航海事故。此節(jié)目在不同頻道播出有不同的英文名稱，于加拿大的Discovery頻道播出時稱為“Mayday”，在美國播出時稱為“AirEmergency”，而在英國、法國和其他國家播出時稱為“AirCrashInvestigation”?！犊罩泻平佟窌阅M演出的方式，分別以乘客、機師等不同人的視角，從一開始旅客登機、起飛，一直到事故發(fā)生、后續(xù)善后及調(diào)查為止，重現(xiàn)整個過程。在片中會穿插對于乘客及機師的訪談（若有生還者且其愿意受訪時），另外也會訪問空難調(diào)查人員、目擊者等。取材以事故調(diào)查報告及相關新聞報道為主；若因調(diào)查單位不公開報告以致無法取得事故調(diào)查報告時，則會征詢相關專家的說法以拼湊出全貌。此節(jié)目對于飛機外觀、空服員制服、機場等制作考究，但也并非100%做到與當時完全一樣，偶有不相符之處，如波音737駕駛室變成空中客車A320駕駛室。模擬演出時，會找與當事人相貌近似的的演員參與
